Most organizations don’t have an AI problem — they have a systems problem. Disconnected tools, undocumented processes, and policies written by committee (or not at all). AI lands on top of that mess and amplifies it. My work is about fixing the foundation first, then building on it deliberately.
I came to Canada in 2017 and built my career from the ground up — a Full-Stack Development certification at the University of Alberta, a Machine Learning Technician certification through Amii, Google PM and Certified Scrum Master credentials, and a BEng in Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
At a national engineering firm I authored a corporate AI policy and got it through executive approval, alongside As-Is/To-Be workflow mapping. At a provincial chamber-of-commerce association I authored an org-wide AI policy, built a Process Library with 10+ SOPs, and completed an AI Readiness & Compliance Audit across 30+ systems — in under three months.
These weren’t internal passion projects — they were sponsored, approved, and implemented at the organizational level. I’d rather give you a straight answer in 30 minutes than watch you pay for a 60-page report that collects dust.
