Business Systems Analyst & AI Governance Consultant — helping mid-size organizations cut through operational chaos with smarter systems and practical AI frameworks.
Most organizations don’t have an AI problem — they have a systems problem. Disconnected tools, undocumented processes, and policies written by committee (or not at all). AI lands on top of that mess and amplifies it. My work is about fixing the foundation first, then building on it deliberately.
I’m a Venezuelan-born engineer who came to Canada in 2017 and built my career from the ground up — through a Full-Stack Development certification at the University of Alberta, a Machine Learning Technician certification through Amii (one of Canada’s three National AI Institutes), Google PM and Certified Scrum Master credentials, and a BEng in Instrumentation and Control Engineering. I’m fluent in both the technical and the organizational — which is where most of this work actually lives.
What I’ve Delivered
At Williams Engineering, I authored the company’s first corporate AI policy and got it through executive approval — alongside As-Is/To-Be workflow mapping that gave leadership a clear picture of where their processes actually stood.
At the Alberta Chambers of Commerce, I went further: authored an org-wide AI policy, built a full Process Library with five SOPs from scratch, and completed a full AI Readiness & Compliance Audit across 12+ systems — all in under three months. I delivered an executive report and strategic roadmap, and designed a Technology & Systems Knowledge Hub in SharePoint that the team can actually use going forward.
These weren’t internal passion projects — they were sponsored, approved, and implemented at the organizational level.
Beyond the Work
I’m an active member of my local Toastmasters chapter and previously served as Acting Project Lead for the Women in Engineering Summit — co-leading a national virtual event for 100+ engineering professionals, directing a 25-member team, and exceeding fundraising targets by 30%. Systems thinking doesn’t stop at the office door, and neither does the responsibility to build better communities. I work in English and Spanish, which means I can meet clients and collaborators where they are.
I’m also a founder — building apps, content, and productized services that make AI governance and business systems accessible to organizations that can’t afford a big-four consulting firm but still need real results.
