I was born and raised in Venezuela, where I earned an electronics engineering degree before moving to Canada – my new home! While my native language is Spanish, I am fluent in English and have more than nine years of practical customer service experience working in both languages.

Since arriving in Canada, I have earned a Software Development Certification from the University of Alberta and a certification in Disney’s Approach to Quality Service, Leadership Excellence and Employee Engagement. In addition, several other relevant certifications to marketing and design.
